FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

• Thank you for being part of the SaveTheMusic 2001 Accomplishments.STM-004 • 12-10-2001

Dear friends and sponsors:

Through this brief summary, we would like to share with you our accomplishments and success in 2001.

1) During 2001 Save The Music gathered over 7,000 additional new records of Jewish music;

2) Thanks to your contributions, Save the Music acquired the basic equipment that will enable it to start digitizing music. One more step towards reaching our objective of making folk music easily available for everyone's enjoyment;

3) Save the Music expanded its network of "Zamlers" to over 16 cities in seven countries and four continents; and

4) We made multiple presentations about Save the Music to potential new Zamlers, contributors, and the media and, as a result, several articles were published in Jewish and non-Jewish publications throughout the United States.

We did not, however, reach all our objectives since the launching of our own radio station had to be postponed due to insufficient funds (we are still $50,000 short) but we are working very hard to get them and, with your help and other donors contributions, the radio station will become a reality in the coming year.

In the meantime, we want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your past support and to wish you a happy holiday season and a successful year 2002.

Warmest regards,
Daniel Ajzen
